1. Scope

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a contract and that the information you provide is accurate. Mandatory consumer protections always remain applicable.

2. Products

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Natural wood can show normal variations in grain, tone and finish, and screen colours may vary.

3. Prices and taxes

The price shown when you order applies to that purchase. Taxes, delivery charges and other mandatory costs are shown where required before payment is confirmed.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute acceptance. The contract is formed when the order is accepted and confirmed, subject to availability, payment validation and reasonable fraud-prevention checks.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments may be processed by Shopify and third-party payment providers.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimated timeframes are displayed at checkout or in the order confirmation when available. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

7. EU/EEA right of withdrawal

If you are an eligible consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you generally have 14 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. Send a clear statement to Aureko@gmail.com before the period expires. You then generally have 14 days to return the goods after notifying us.

You may inspect goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary. Unless the goods are defective, incorrect or the law provides otherwise, direct return shipping costs may be your responsibility. Contact us before returning goods for the correct instructions and address.

8. Defects and statutory guarantees

Your mandatory legal rights are not affected by any commercial policy. If goods arrive damaged, incorrect, defective or non-conforming, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant evidence. Statutory guarantees apply where required by law.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless mandatory law requires another method. Posting time after issuance depends on the payment provider and bank.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law.

11. Intellectual property

AUREKO branding, photographs, text, designs and other original store content are protected by intellectual-property laws.

12. Personal data

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Court jurisdiction and consumer mediation rights are determined by applicable mandatory rules.
